The Williamsburg Health Foundation (WHF) is a private, nonprofit foundation working to improve the health of citizens in Williamsburg, York County, James City County, and surrounding areas. It focuses on serving medically underserved or uninsured populations.

WHF was created in September 1996 through an agreement between Williamsburg Community Hospital and Sentara Healthcare. Since then it has provided more than $74 million in grants to nonprofit agencies. As of 6/2017, net assets are approximately $117 million.
