Williamsburg Health Foundation (“WHF,” “we,” “us”) offers SMS messaging as a communication channel between Foundation staff and existing business contacts, including grantees, vendors, consultants, and community partners.

We collect your mobile phone number, name, and message content solely to support operational communications such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and program- and grant-related communications.

SMS messages are not used for marketing, advertising, fundraising solicitations, or promotional purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or message content with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data or consent is shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

We may use service providers that support telecommunications and message delivery functions. These providers may access information only as necessary to provide those services.
